men suffering from SUI resulting from prostatectomy or TURP.
AdVance is ideal for patients who seek minimally invasive surgery or
who are not candidates for an artificial urinary sphincter (AUS).
The minimally invasive AdVance Male Sling is an outpatient procedure. It can be carried out under spinal or general anesthesia.
The unique sling mesh is placed via a transobturator approach to optimize the
sphincter’s interaction with the urethra, producing circumferential coaptation.
Good candidates for AdVance are men with:

AdVance is contraindicated in:
- Patients with urinary tract infections.

Patients with blood coagulation disorders.
